Supported Living Services

Aldea offers Supported Living Services to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own homes and to participate in the community.

Clients are supported through:

  • Case management and support groups
  • Independent living skills training
  • Assistance with medication and health issues
  • Aid in finding, securing and maintaining their own housing
  • Assistance with hiring and training personal care staff
  • Transportation assistance
  • Linkages to community resources
  • Recreation and social activities
  • Help obtaining and maintaining adaptive equipment
  • 24-hour emergency crisis response

Adults with developmental disabilities who are referred by the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) or would like to pay through private sources
