Aldea to offer free crisis counseling to those impacted by the earthquake

If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed or helpless, having trouble sleeping, or are on edge, Aldea is offering free crisis counseling to both Napa and Solano county residents impacted by the earthquake. Counseling will be offered in both English and Spanish. "We're all trying to assess the damage to our homes and businesses," states Mark Bontrager, Aldea Executive Director, "but we must also pay attention to our mental wellbeing so we can start to heal and move forward."

Crisis counseling is available regardless of income level, but appointments are required. Please call to reserve an appointment in your county:

Napa County: 707-253-0123, ext. 625
Solano County: 707-425-9670, ext. 400

Aldea, a local nonprofit serving more than 2,200 people each year, provides a wide range of mental health, child welfare and support services that focus on identifying, and intervening with, mental and emotional challenges before they become more severe and difficult to treat.
