Aldea Treatment Foster Care is the premier and most sought after foster care agency in Napa and Solano County. The foster parents recruited, referred to, and trained by the agency are of high quality and repute. Currently, Aldea works closely with both Napa and Solano Counties and is continually expanding. Alameda, Contra Costa, Mendocino, and even Orange County have children placed or have requested placements with Aldea. Over the years, Treatment Foster Care has grown to boast 68 homes, and 140 children in placement.

We place children aged 0-19 who struggle with a range of presenting situations, such as developmental disabilities, emotional difficulties, failed adoptions, histories of physical and sexual abuse, histories of neglect, and witnesses of terrifying domestic violence. Over the years Aldea has also provided a variety of services in Solano County through the foster care program, including Kinship services and the Nurturing Program. Kinship services offer assistance and support to relative caregivers such as grandparents (or other family members). The Nurturing Program is a nationally recognized, curriculum-driven family training and educational program designed to give families tools to help them work together. We also offer mentoring programs with seniors, an internship training program, and reunification services designed to help children return to their biological families.
